Kerang and district residents are encouraged to help Gannawarra Shire Council develop the town’s stormwater drainage study by providing feedback on previous stormwater-related events.

Council is working with renowned civil engineering and surveying firm, Maker ENG to complete a comprehensive study of Kerang’s township drainage infrastructure, which will lead to the development of the Kerang Stormwater Drainage Study.

How can I help?

As part of the first stage of the study’s development, residents can complete a survey that will help identify locations that have been impacted by previous stormwater or drainage-related flooding.

You can complete the survey online below or collect a copy from Council's Kerang Customer Service Centre. All responses received by 5pm Sunday, 25 May will assist with the first stage of the study's development.

Next steps

The survey is the first stage of community engagement relating to the development of the Kerang Stormwater Drainage Study, with face-to-face sessions planned for later in the year.
