Industrial Land
Gannawarra Shire Council has industrial estates in both Kerang and Cohuna, with land available for purchase. Both estates are located just off the Murray Valley Highway, with B-double access and fully serviced blocks.
The Regional Gas Infrastructure program means that the Tate Drive Industrial Estate in Kerang has access to natural gas.

Industrial Land for Lease
Gannawarra Shire Council can put you in contact with land owners willing to develop their land for lease to business operators. Sites are available within the Tate Drive Industrial Estate, the Keely Industrial Estate and other locations around the shire.
We can also assist with the identification and development of agricultural land within the shire.
