The Customer Action Request system allows customers to report problems or issues that require further investigation by Council, however if you are reporting an issue which may cause harm or serious damage, please call 000 immediately.
It is important as much information as possible in given, as this will assist Council Officers in their investigations. Exact location of the request/problem is required, as well as a detailed description.
NOTE: This service is not manned during times Council's offices are closed. This includes outside business hours, weekends, public holidays and Christmas/New Year closure periods.
