Council's Customer Action Request system allows you to report problems or issues that require further investigation by Council, however if you are reporting an issue which may cause harm or serious damage, please call 000 immediately.

It is important as much information as possible in given, as this will assist Council in their investigations. Exact location of the request/problem is required, as well as a detailed description.
