Children will be able to experience the fun of LEGO as part of a new Gannawarra Library Service-organised after school program starting next week.

Occurring from 3.30pm-4.30pm Tuesdays at Kerang’s Sir John Gorton Library during Term 3, the free Brick by Brick program will enable children aged eight years and older to complete various challenges in a supervised, social environment.

“Many of us have grown up playing with LEGO, and the product’s popularity has grown significantly in the past few years thanks to television shows like LEGO Masters and the recent LEGO Star Wars Exhibition held in Melbourne,” Gannawarra Shire Council Acting Chief Executive Officer, Wade Williams said.

“Our dedicated Gannawarra Library Service team have put together this amazing program that will enable children to test out and expand their LEGO building skills.”

Anyone wanting more information about the Brick by Brick program can contact the Gannawarra Library Service on (03) 5452 1546. Bookings are not necessary to attend.
