Maureen loves to keep active by walking, participating in yoga and she is an avid gardener.
She walks her dog every day, doing a minimum of four kilometres.
Maureenfinds it hugely beneficial to do some gentle yoga exercises at home after walking to stretch and relax her muscles.
Maureen enjoys volunteering at the Hospital Op Shop and the Activities Centre.
Maureen believes you have to keep busy, both physically and mentally to stay healthy. She wants to be the best she can be, to get the best out of life.
“So many people don’t get the opportunity to live into their older age and I certainly do not take it for granted.”
