Free Community Mulch Day

Gannawarra Shire Council will be holding another Free Community Mulch Day on Sunday December 2, 2018.

Acting Director Infrastructure Jo Haw said that community members will again be able to access free mulch from the Kerang Transfer Station.

“We are thrilled with the success of our last free mulch day in October and are pleased to be able to give the recycled material back to the community,” said Mrs Haw.

“This is a great opportunity to mulch gardens - The mulch material has been double mulched.”

Community members are invited to bring along their trailers between 1:00pm and 4:00pm Sunday December 2 and have them loaded for FREE.

“Please arrive with a suitable vehicle or trailer - Loads should be covered and secured before leaving the site,” advised Mrs Haw.

No bookings are necessary however an indemnity form will be required to be signed prior to loading.
