“The main events on the Gannawarra Seniors Festival program are a Spanner Man Bus Tour, Seniors Day Out, Seniors Expo and Library High Tea at Leitchville,” said Mayor Gibson.

“There is also a theatre show called 3 Speed Crunch Box in Cohuna featuring impressive acrobatics, spectacular circus tricks and a whole lot of humour!”

“As with all the events, the social meals program is another great opportunity for our seniors to move around the shire and connect with people in other communities,” said Mayor Gibson.

“There is also some fabulous community events coinciding with the festival that I would encourage local seniors to attend such as the Kerang Show, Leitchville Primary School’s 140thyear celebration and the Quambatook Silo Cinema’s screening of the Australian classic comedyThe Castle.”

“There is even an Older Driver and Gopher Seminar provided by RoadSafe Central Murray in Kerang.”
