Residents are advised that services provided at Gannawarra Shire Council’s Kerang Customer Service Centre will be impacted by scheduled power outages on Monday, 17 February.

“Council has been advised that a power outage will impact Council’s Patchell Plaza office all morning, with electricity to be reconnected by the early afternoon,” Council Chief Executive Officer, Tom O'Reilly said.

“The Kerang Exercise Pool will be the only facility to be closed due to the power outage, with the Kerang Customer Service Centre to operate with limited resources.”

Customers will be able to access Council’s Kerang Customer Service Centre for queries and to pay any outstanding accounts.

All phone calls will be diverted during the power outage, with customers advised that there may be delays in answering and responding to queries.

“Community Care services will operate as usual, however contact to Council’s office may be disrupted,” Mr O'Reilly said.

“Council thanks residents for their patience as these works are carried out.”
