Residents were encouraged between November 2022 and January 2023 to have their say on Gannawarra Shire Council’s Draft Community Amenity Local Law 2023, which outlines how Council can continue to control community safety, as well as protect public assets.
One of Council’s major documents, the Draft Community Amenity Local Law 2023 outlines laws relating to property maintenance, keeping animals, roads and vehicles, business and building works, liquor and smoking, Council land, permits and fees, and enforcement of laws.
