Community Care Services

The Gannawarra Shire Council Community Care Team provide a range of services to the community including brokerage services to various agencies at full cost recovery rates. The team aim to either maintain or increase independence by focussing on the capacity of each of their clients. Services cater for frail older people, people of any age with a disability and their carers.

Gannawarra Shire Council acknowledges that the community it serves is diverse in terms of age, gender, health issues, abilities, cultural and socio-economic background, language skills, education, spirituality and sexuality.
