Power outages impact some Council services 1 Sept

Powercor have advised there will be power outages for emergency works 10am – 1pm Thursday 1 Sept 2011 in the following areas in the Gannawarra Shire:

Cohuna

Leitchville

Gannawarra

Mincha

Mead

Macorna

Powercor have advised Kerang is not expected to be affected but supply is not guaranteed.

The Gannawarra Shire Council Customer Service Centre at Cohuna will remain open during the power outage but telephones will not be operating and customer services will be affected.

Cohuna and Leitchville Libraries will be open normal hours but services will also be affected during the power outage.

Council apologises for any inconvenience.
