Customer Action Request

The Customer Action Request system allows customers to report problems or issues that require further investigation by Council, however if you are reporting an issue which may cause harm or serious damage, please call 000 immediately.

It is important as much information as possible in given, as this will assist Council Officers in their investigations. Exact location of the request/problem is required, as well as a detailed description.

Once a Customer Action Request has been logged, you will be provided with an Action Request number by email, or the postal address that is provided.  This number is a guarantee that Gannawarra Shire Council is looking into your request.  Your request will be responded to within 10 business days as per Council's Customer Service Charter.

To follow up your request with Council, just quote the number provided to you to one of our Customer Service Officers, and your request can be tracked.
