Council Chambers KerangLifestyle & Opportunity

The Gannawarra Shire is located in the Loddon Murray region in the state of Victoria, Australia and is 3 hours’ drive from the state capital, Melbourne. The major regional centres of Bendigo, Echuca and Swan Hill are only around 1 hour away by road.

Gannawarra Shire is one of Victoria’s most diverse agricultural regions in the thriving Loddon Murray Region in the north of the state and comprises the towns of Cohuna, Koondrook, Kerang, Murrabit, Lalbert, Quambatook and Leitchville.

Gannawarra – Small enough to get to know and big enough to share!

Treat yourself to a lifestyle change that provides the necessary balance between business and pleasure. Finish work at 6pm and enjoy a game of golf on an 18-hole course set amongst a redgum forest, take the family water skiing or swimming, or perhaps play bowls or tennis.

Fish the mighty Murray River, walk or bike ride around the many lakes & wetlands, or just enjoy the endless hours of sunshine and great weather with a BBQ at a friend’s place.

We do have a great lifestyle and we do have great opportunity – let us share Gannawarra with you!

If there is something you would like to see on our site that is not here yet please let us know and we will do our best.
