Gannawarra Shire Council is calling on the community to provide feedback on the 2016/2017 Pool season.

Mayor Brian Gibson says Council is continually seeking to hear the views of pool users in both towns in order to improve services next season.

“Customer satisfaction surveys for pool users are available, which will ask users to provide their honest feedback to Council about their experience at our pools this past season,” Mayor Gibson said.

“After analysing results from the 2015/2016 pool user surveys, Council was able to focus its improvements to the pool facilities around areas that were important to the community, such as shade, and additional facilities like BBQ’s and seating etc.”

“This year’s survey will ask you to comment on a range of factors including water quality, presentation of the facility, staff friendliness, change room toilets cleanliness, shaded areas and water temperature,” Mayor Gibson explained.

All survey respondents will automatically go into the running to win a family season pass for the 2017/2018 pool season if they provide their name and email.

The pool surveys can be found at Kerang Swimming Pool, Cohuna Swimming Pool and the Warm Water Exercise Pool in Kerang.
