DIRECTOR COMMUNITY WELLBEING

The Gannawarra Shire Council today welcomed their new Director of Community Wellbeing, Stacy Williams.

Stacy will take over from previous Director, Mandy Hutchinson who recently left Gannawarra Shire Council to take up the position of Chief Executive Officer at Northern District Community Health.

Chief Executive Officer, Eric Braslis says Council is delighted to welcome Stacy who comes from the Campaspe Shire Council.

“Over the past 12 years Stacy has held a range of roles for Campaspe Shire Council in management and coordination of community services including holding the role of Community Care Manager, Community Programs Coordinator and more recently Business Integration Manager“ says Mr Braslis.

“Stacy will be responsible for areas including Community Care Services, Maternal Child Health, Community Health, Children and Youth Services, Immunisations, Libraries, Arts and Culture, Community Engagement, Grants and Recreation and her previous experience will make her a great asset to our management team.”

In her role, Stacy is looking forward to building relationships with the community and continuing the positive development of the various community services that Council offers.

“I am excited to be joining the Gannawarra Shire Council. I look forward to working with the experienced and passionate staff to continue to provide quality services to the Gannawarra communities” says Community Wellbeing Director, Stacy Williams.
