GANNAWARRA LIBRARY SERVICE ‘DANCING STORY’

The Gannawarra Library Service is proud to be hosting two, storytelling through dance, workshops at their Cohuna branch during the school holidays. A member of The Australian Ballet’s Education team will provide participants with an unforgettable dance and literacy experience, exploring the story of ‘The Sleeping Beauty.’

Manager of Libraries, Kerri Sidorow is very excited to be working with The Australian Ballet to host this program. “The workshop is especially designed for Early Years children aged 3-5, with children taking part in creative games, choreographic and performance based learning,” explains Mrs Sidorow.

The one hour workshops will take place on Wednesday 4 October at the times of 2.45pm and 4.00pm. The sessions cost $20.00 per child which is to be paid at the time of booking at either the Cohuna or Kerang Library.

Please note each workshop is limited to 15 participants and all children are to be accompanied by an adult.
