Residents are encouraged to contact Gannawarra Shire Council if they have any queries regarding services Council provides.

“Gannawarra Shire Council is committed to working in partnership with our community to deliver quality services through dedication, innovation and continuous improvement,” Mayor Lorraine Learmonth said.

“Our customers remain our highest priority and we are committed to delivering excellent customer service that is accessible, timely and consistent.”

Residents can contact Council in a number of ways:

  • Visit one of Council’s Customer Service Centres, located 47 Victoria Street, Kerang or 23-25 King Edward Street, Cohuna;
  • Phone (03) 5450 9333;
  • E-mail council@gannawarra.vic.gov.au;
  • Visit www.gsc.vic.gov.au and chat online with a staff member; and
  • Write to PO Box 287, Kerang VIC 3579.

“All correspondence is logged for our records, with procedures in place to ensure staff respond to all queries within 10 business days,” Mayor Learmonth said.

“Council will make every effort to resolve complaints within 28 days. If we cannot resolve your complaint within this time, you will be kept informed of our progress.”
